The news that actually matters.
Eleven Canadian sources in a single feed, filtered down to real estate, sorted by topic and ranked by importance. No more opening ten tabs every morning.
Real screenshots, not a mockup
This is the tab exactly as it opens, one August 2026 morning. The headlines will have changed by the time you see it: it is a feed, not a brochure.
Today's feed
One card per article: the topic, the time it ran, the headline, the publisher's own summary and its byline. Anything from the last 48 hours carries a « New » badge, and anything under six hours old is flagged on its thumbnail.
Six topics, one tap
Residential market, financing and rates, rental investment, construction, regulation, trends. The rail narrows the feed to whatever you are dealing with today, without reloading the page.
Read without leaving the app
The article opens over the tab: headline, source, date and summary, then a link to the publisher if you want the whole thing. Close it and you are back in the feed, in the same spot.
Don't miss this
Three articles picked by an importance score rather than by freshness: anything touching rates, rules or the market outweighs a seasonal piece. A Bank of Canada announcement stays on top for days.
Our own analysis
Below the publishers' feed, the three latest Hom24 blog posts. They open in place like the rest, and link out to the public version if you want to share one.
Real estate news, without the noise
Reliable feeds, filtered and sorted, so you stay informed without spending your day on it.
Eleven sources, one feed
Financial Post, Globe and Mail, Radio-Canada, Le Devoir, Better Dwelling and the rest, gathered in one place.
Sorted by topic
Six categories assigned automatically, in French and in English, so you follow only what concerns you.
What matters, first
An importance score surfaces what could change a decision, rather than whatever was published last.
Our analysis alongside
The Hom24 blog sits next to the feed: our guides and analysis, among the news they comment on.
A short feed, on purpose
An aggregator that keeps everything saves you nothing. General-news sources go through a three-tier filter — words strong enough on their own, ambiguous words that need a second one to count, and a list that rejects crime, weather and sport outright. A building on fire is not real estate news.
The app adapts to your eye
The screenshots on this page are in Desert, the light style. It is only one of four: Aurora, Desert, Iceland and Canyon restyle the entire app, and you pick yours when you sign up.
From a raw feed to a useful read
Three steps that turn the noise of the news cycle into something usable.
The feeds are re-read
Every 30 minutes, day and night, the eleven sources are polled and new articles added.
The off-topic drops out
Anything from a general-news source has to prove it is about real estate before it reaches the feed.
You read what counts
Topic and importance score do the rest: a few minutes is enough to cover the ground.
