7. Your Contacts' Data (CRM)

The CRM module lets you record information about your clients and prospects. For this data, you act as the data controller and Hom24 acts solely as a processor: we process it on your behalf, for the sole purpose of providing you the service. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a legal basis to collect and retain it, to inform the individuals concerned, and to respect their rights. If you belong to a team, this information may be accessible to other members of that team. You can view, modify, or delete it at any time from the application.

8. Connecting Your Calendar (Google, Microsoft)

If you connect your Google or Outlook calendar from the CRM, Hom24 creates a separate calendar named “Hom24” in your account and writes your appointments, follow-ups and deadlines to it. This is the only use Hom24 makes of this access: showing your CRM calendar in your own calendar, and showing in Hom24 the times when you are already busy.

Hom24 reads only the start and end times of your other events, never their title, location, description or attendees; those times are displayed in your Hom24 calendar and are not stored. Our servers keep only the connected account’s address, your calendar’s time zone, the identifier of the “Hom24” calendar, those of the events Hom24 created in it, and an encrypted access token. This data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising or used to train an artificial intelligence model. You can withdraw access at any time: “Disconnect”, in the CRM options, removes the “Hom24” calendar from your calendar and erases this data; you can also revoke it from your Google or Microsoft account.

Hom24’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption in transit, password hashing (bcrypt), strict access controls, and regular audits. No transmission over the Internet is guaranteed 100% secure; however, we commit to protecting your data to the best of our ability.

10. Cookies and Trackers

We use essential cookies to maintain your session, along with the audience-measurement cookies set by Google Analytics, which count visits and show us which pages are useful. You can manage your preferences in your browser settings or install the opt-out add-on provided by Google.
