How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you get 3 days of full access, no credit card required: all five analysis tools (rental yield, borrowing capacity, hidden costs, intrinsic value and valuation), the real estate market and the news. When the trial ends, your account stays free: you keep My Portfolio for one property and the professional directory. To keep analyzing without limits, get a 3- or 6-month Buyer Pass, paid once with no renewal; to manage several buildings, an Investor plan.

I'm a real estate professional. Which plan is right for me?

See the Professional tab. Professional Directory gives you a profile in the public directory and the connection requests it brings in. The CRM plans add client management: CRM Essential to get started, CRM Pro Real Estate (automations, APCIQ signals, DocuSign signing) for real estate brokers, and CRM Mortgage Office for mortgage brokers. Those last two also include the directory profile. To work together on the same pipeline, Team CRM is billed per seat.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, from My Profile, under "My subscription". A higher plan applies right away: today you only pay the difference, prorated for the time remaining, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm. A lower plan takes effect at the end of the period already paid. You can also switch from monthly to annual at any time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time: access stays open until the end of the paid month, and nothing else is charged. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months, at a price equal to 10 months; once cancelled, it stays active until it ends and does not renew. A period already billed is not refunded pro rata.

Are my data and property information secure?

Yes. Your data (properties, analyses, documents) is hosted by Supabase and encrypted in transit, and your password is hashed. We never sell your data: it is only shared with the providers the service needs, such as Stripe for payments, all named in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from My Profile.

What types of documents are available in the Documents tab?

The Investor Plus and Investor Pro plans open a library of rental management templates: rent increase notices, notices of entry, formal notices, move-in and move-out inspection reports, rent receipts, lease addenda and building rules, among others. Versions specific to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and New Brunswick complement the Quebec ones. Documents are filled in within the app, exported to PDF and can be signed electronically. Hom24 does not produce the lease itself: in Quebec, it must be signed on the mandatory form of the Tribunal administratif du logement.

Does my price go down over time?

Yes, on Investor and Professional plans (except Team CRM): your price drops automatically at months 3, 6, 12 and 24 of your subscription, by about 5%, then 10%, 15% and 20%. The price at each level is shown on the plan card. No code and nothing to do: the discount is applied directly to your invoice. Switching plans keeps your seniority; cancelling resets it to zero. On annual billing, the 2 free months remain and the discount is added at renewal; switching from monthly to annual keeps the level you have already reached. A subscription started before September 26, 2026 counts from that date.
