Hom24 is a real estate analysis, management and tools platform for investors and professionals. Our services include:

  • Analysis of the intrinsic value of properties and estimation of the hidden costs of a transaction.
  • Financing, borrowing and return simulators.
  • Real estate portfolio tracking dashboards, including property mapping.
  • A customer relationship management (CRM) module to track your clients, prospects and pipeline, including in teams.
  • Generation of document templates (leases, addenda, forms) from the information you provide.
  • Generation of content suggestions (for example titles for social media) using an artificial intelligence service.
  • A directory of professionals, learning content, checklists, as well as news and indicators of the Canadian real estate market.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

If you use a team account, the account holder is responsible for the access they grant and for the use made by invited members. When you record information about third parties (for example your clients or prospects in the CRM module), you act as the controller of that data: you must have a legitimate basis to process it and comply with applicable personal information protection laws.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not share your personal login credentials; within a team account, each member must have their own individual access.

4. Financial Data Disclaimer

Documents generated by the platform (leases, addenda, forms) are templates provided for reference purposes only. They do not replace the advice of a lawyer, notary or other qualified professional. You are solely responsible for their use, signing and sharing.

Content suggestions generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies; it is your responsibility to verify them before any use or publication. Likewise, news, market data and information from third-party sources are reproduced in good faith, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or real-time currency.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hom24 platform, including source code, design, text, graphics and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Hom24 and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are accessible via a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize Hom24 to charge the agreed amount at the chosen frequency.
  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
  • No refunds are granted for partial periods already billed, except as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hom24 for:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to access other users' data.
  • Scraping, copying or redistributing platform content.
  • Disrupting or overloading our systems and servers.
  • Circumventing platform security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hom24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the damage.

9. Suspension and Termination

Hom24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time in case of breach of these terms, without notice or refund. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The update date is indicated at the top of the document. By continuing to use Hom24 after a change, you accept the new terms.
